David Fuhrman Jr.

David is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, with extensive market knowledge and experience in brokering deals and identifying investment properties throughout the state. He graduated from Holy Spirit Catholic High School in 2003 and earned a degree in Business Administration from Auburn University in 2007. As the Qualifying Broker at College City Realty, David holds a Home Builder's License in Alabama and has successfully led his team in building and remodeling single-family homes, as well as developing commercial retail centers across the state. His diverse experience includes managing and selling student rentals, condos, multiplexes, primary residences, vacation homes, and facilitating 1031 exchanges, among other real estate transactions. In his leisure time, David enjoys traveling with his wife and three daughters, as well as cheering for Auburn sports and the Arsenal Football Club.
